A Note on the Enhanced Edition

As a solo developer working with a zero-budget, passion-driven project, my goal is to provide the highest quality tabletop experience possible.

I hand-wrote and meticulously human-proofread every rule within GATEWAY. To elevate the visual presentation to a professional standard without requiring a budget that would necessitate paid products, I have integrated AI-assisted imagery into the Enhanced Edition. This tool in my opinion allows me to deliver a richer, more cohesive, and evocative atmosphere that brings the game more to life, all while keeping the project free for the entire community. For those who prefer a version featuring exclusively human-created art, the Classic Edition remains available as a standalone download on its dedicated product page. Enjoy!
